The theme for this year’s Project Week was exploration. We focused on learning more about our local area and all it has to offer. The pupils were divided into 4 groups: Kindergarten and Primary Intro, grades 1-3, grades 4-6, Secondary 1-3, and Matura.
Kindergarten and Primary Intro visited the main attractions that can be reached using the local transportation system. They visited Jucker Farm, the Zürich Zoo, and the local playground. Pupils in grades 1-6 participated in a variety of different hikes in the area. They learned to navigate the paths around the school that they didn’t know led to some of their favorite attractions. Secondary and Matura pupils ventured further out from the area. They visited famous landmarks in Zürich and connected their classroom experience with the exhibits at Technorama. Pupils thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the place they call home.
