A very warm welcome to SIS Männedorf-Zürich, a private bilingual day school with approximately 120 students, from kindergarten to Year 6. The school community is characterised by a close-knit, vibrant and nurturing multicultural environment and represents more than twenty nationalities. The bilingual educational concept of SIS Swiss International School has been successfully implemented here since 2009. Katrina Cameron brings considerable experience to SIS Männedorf, having taught across the full range of primary ages in both public and private education. Born and raised in New Zealand, she previously served as the principal of another SIS school, where she refined her leadership abilities and deepened her commitment to building strong and supportive educational communities.
With a bachelor’s degree in education, majoring in primary education, and a diploma in business management, Katrina Cameron combines educational expertise with a discerning mindset. She is committed to maintaining high standards and nurturing competent, resilient students who excel academically, socially, and emotionally.
A firm believer in creating a welcoming and inclusive school environment, Katrina Cameron works to scaffold children as they grow into their future selves, equipping them with the skills and confidence to thrive. Beyond education, she is a keen runner and swimmer who enjoys staying active and exploring new ideas through books and podcasts.

SIS Swiss International School is a private educational institution that is financed solely from school fees and does not receive subsidies from the Swiss national or cantonal governments. We offer high-quality education as a service – and we are committed to offering this service in a transparent way.
Teaching and Supervision Hours
At our day school, students are supervised between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The exact lesson and supervision times vary between the different year levels.
