From November 11, our school community came together to celebrate Kindness Week, a heartwarming initiative fostering compassion, gratitude, and positivity. Throughout the week, students reflected on the ripple effect of small acts of kindness. Each student was given a personal kindness task, encouraging them to brighten someone’s day—whether by offering a helping hand or sharing a kind word.
In every class, we embraced the spirit of giving by crafting heartfelt thank-you notes to individuals who make a difference in our lives. These notes were delivered to local heroes, such as the police department and staff at the recycling centre, as well as to our school’s staff, recognizing their invaluable contributions to both our broader community and our school.
Through Kindness Week, our students discovered that kindness knows no boundaries. This meaningful event highlighted the strong values our school instils in nurturing not only academic excellence but also empathetic leaders of tomorrow.
